You may not think about garlic on the top list of Aphrodisiacs because of the breath that may incur post-garlic hit. But the benefits outweigh the breath – especially if you are both eating it – will pass unnoticed!

Garlic is an essential ingredient in so much of the food we cook, so make sure you don’t ever skimp, for fear of pungent repercussions.  It helps immensely with your blood flow to get pumping in the places you need it. This fact was known on some level by many different civilizations in ancient times – some tibetan monks were actually forbidden to eat garlic in order to control their sexual desires…
